Returns will be granted if products is in same condition as received. You have 4 days after you receive items to return items.Store credit can be issued in many cases.All opened items that were un-opened will NOT be accepted as a return.All refunds will be refunded in the order in which it was received.Shipping returns is at the cost of the buyer. We ship the inital order for free!No new delivered un-opened items will be accpeted for a refund if opened.Handbags are allowed to be returned for a period of 2 weeks, must be in original condition with a standard 20% stock fee will be applied.
